Just like @Oggyboy mentioned, you can poke the small pinhole on the back (near the bottom) to reset the Homebase. After unplugging it to move it it would never connect to wifi. The HomeBase 2 can be factory reset by pressing the "CYCLE" hole (Above the SYNC/ALARM OFF button) at the back of HomeBase 2 until you hear "HomeBase is resetting".
